Andrew Sinclair’s construction experience spans both public and private sectors with many years of experience in a wide range of works including domestic and industrial building construction, demolition, groundworks, water and sewerage installations, underground cable and ducted installations, highway construction, oil pipeline and storage facilities and airfield runway construction.

All stages of work from conception to handover of both building and civil construction projects are managed from the Head Office in Kirkwall.

Andrew Sinclair ‘build-projects’ range from individual house-builds and housing developments to industrial structures. Combining both divisions together we undertake ‘design and build’ projects that incorporate our wide range of experience and knowledge to provide an effective and efficient service for our customers.

Our clients include Air BP, BPA, BP Fuels, British Telecom, Fujitsu Telecommunications, Highlands and Islands Airports Ltd, NATS, Orkney Islands Council, Orkney Housing Association Ltd, Scottish and Southern Energy, Scottish Water and Talisman as well as many private customers.

We have a wealth of local knowledge and work closely with Orkney Islands Council, BT, SSE, Scottish Water and SEPA, and as a registered waste carrier our haulage division can both source and dispose of materials very competitively.

We have a wide selection of specialised and standard plant for hire with operatives.
